Piercing maritime peat wafts from the glass, a refined smoke of damp driftwood and sea spray, threaded with iodine and mineral brine. Subtler sweetness emerges—vanilla and toasted oak—while citrus zest and a whisper of heather honey brighten the nose, leaving a poised, lingering finish.
Palate
Bright, buoyant peat coats the palate with sea-salt and iodine, cooled by a maritime breeze. Lemon peel and green apple mingle with a whisper of vanilla, while a waxy sweetness trails the smoke. Light to medium body with a crisp, mineral backbone; finish long, briny and subtly ashy, the peat lingering in a refined coastal glow.
Finish
Long maritime peat lingers, with sea-salt and iodine, slowly giving way to citrus zest and mineral notes. A final wisp of smoke dries the palate, leaving a clean, coastal finish and a whisper of sweetness that lingers.
