Palate
Smoke-drenched and maritime on the palate, Caol Ila delivers thick peat and iodine with a briny sea-salt lift. Sherried sweetness threads dried fig and raisin through citrus zest, while subtle oak and cocoa add depth. The mouthfeel is polished, with a gentle, lingering warmth; finish widens into coastal peat, mineral notes and refined smoke.
Finish
Long maritime finish of peat, sea salt and iodine, lifted by citrus zest and a whisper of vanilla. The smoke slowly fades into warm, oak-kissed tannins, leaving a resinous, lingering glow on the palate.
