Opulent toffee unfolds with dried raisin and orange zest, lifted by Oloroso sherry and Madeira-cask finesse. Rich, warm oak frames the aroma, with a whisper of spice and a lingering sweetness.

Palate

Silky and layered on the palate, caramel-toffee mingles with raisin and orange zest. Sherry and Madeira cask influences add depth and a whisper of spice, with refined oak and a long, elegant finish.

Finish

Long, refined finish with toffee sweetness and dark raisin fruit, brightened by orange zest. A delicate Madeira warmth threads through oak-spice and softly nutty notes, lingering with elegant polish.

Bushmills traces its whiskey heritage to 1608, when King James I granted Sir Thomas Phillips a licence to distil in County Antrim. The Old Bushmills Distillery was formally registered in 1784 by Hugh Anderson, making it one of the most historic names in Irish whiskey. Production is centred in the village of Bushmills, close to the River Bush, with the distillery long associated with triple-distilled Irish whiskey made from malted barley.
