Bushmills 16 Year Old is a blend of the finest single malt whiskies, matured in Bourbon barrels and Oloroso sherry casks for minimum of 16 years.
Re-casked after blending into Port Pipes for 6-9 months, the resulting colour is dark and reddish.
Broad and robust on the nose with caramel candy and sweet spice notes, it is bursting with praline, honey, candied fruit and roasted almond flavours.
The finish is deep, with berry jam and dark chocolate overtones.
