Taking their award-winning single malt used in Bushmills Original Irish Whiskey and finishing in hand-selected fine oak Caribbean rum barrels. These casks previously contained Dominican rum for 8 years resulting in a spicier, topical fruit led whiskey.

On the palate, a warm, tropical spice threads through creamy vanilla and toasted oak. Pineapple and banana sweetness mingle with caramel and a hint of coconut, while cinnamon and nutmeg provide a spicy lift. The Caribbean rum finish adds a subtle resin and rum-soaked depth, guiding a smooth, lingering finish with well-balanced fruit and spice.
