Taking their award-winning single malt used in Bushmills Original Irish Whiskey and finishing in hand-selected fine oak Caribbean rum barrels. These casks previously contained Dominican rum for 8 years resulting in a spicier, topical fruit led whiskey.

Colour
Deep amber with copper-gold highlights.
Nose
A lush tropical fruit profile—ripe pineapple, mango and banana—mingled with creamy vanilla and caramel. Subtle coconut and orange zest rise against a backdrop of warm Caribbean spice, brown sugar, and toasted oak.
Palate
On the palate, warm tropical fruit meets Caribbean spice—banana, mango and coconut with vanilla, toffee and toasted oak. Ginger and cinnamon lift the mid-palate, while rum-influenced sweetness threads through to a balanced finish of oak and lingering, gentle warmth.
Finish
The finish is long, warm and luxurious, with Caribbean rum-spice—clove and nutmeg—layered over tropical fruit, vanilla and toasted oak. Silky and lingering, it fades to honeyed warmth with a bright citrus zest.
