Colour

Bright coastal aroma of sun-warmed barley, vanilla and honey, with a whisper of citrus zest and sea mineral. A clean, grain-forward bouquet, lightly spiced and buoyed by ripe orchard fruit.

Palate

Silky and malt-forward on the palate, with bright citrus peel and orchard fruit layered over creamy vanilla and toasted barley. Subtle sea-salt and iodine lift the sweetness, while hints of almond and brown sugar echo a restrained sherry influence. The finish is walnut-soft and warming, with a delicate whisper of smoke and a maritime breeze.

Finish

Long, silky finish of malt and toffee, with dried fruit and cocoa emerging from sherry influence. A marine whisper of salt and a trace of peat drift in, then warm spice and oak take hold, leaving a refined, resinous glow that lingers gracefully.
