Tasting Notes
Colour
Golden-amber with sun-kissed honey tones and a warm coppery glow.
Nose
Aromas of warm citrus and tropical fruit mingle with sweet malty flour, unfolding to reveal the fruit’s sweetness tempered by oak and malted Bere barley. Fragrant peach skin, vanilla pods and candied orange brighten the glass, while delicate rose and violet notes drift in with time.
Palate
Unmistakably malted grain on the palate with popcorn, brown sugar and warm porridge. Bere barley lends a soft, rounded mouthfeel that amplifies sweet stone-fruit notes: apricot, peach, melon and candied orange. Gentle oak introduces vanilla, coconut and marzipan, weaving a graceful, lingering finish.
Finish
Silky and soft, the finish intertwines milk chocolate with malted grain and crème brûlée, delivering a creamy, comforting embrace. A delicate echo of mango and orange blossom honey lingers long on the palate, leaving a warm, fruit-kissed finish.
