Bruichladdich Organic Barley is distilled using 100% Organic Barley from Mid Coul, Coulmore and Mains of Tullibardine Farms. Aged exclusively in first fill bourbon casks, the whisky opens on a light almond note with a twist of candied lemon, followed by toasted barley. On the palate- a sensational texture and upfront sweetness; honey, green jelly beans and pear drops with hints of crisp citrus.

Delicate almond notes mingle with a twist of candied lemon, followed by toasted barley, a bright grain-forward aroma with a subtle citrus lift.

Silky, mouth-coating texture with upfront sweetness; honey, pear drops and green jelly beans unfold, while toasted barley adds a subtle nutty depth and crisp citrus lifts the finish.
Finish
Long, silky finish with honeyed sweetness lingering, framed by vanilla and almond from the bourbon cask. Pear and candied lemon echo, while a crisp citrus zest fades into a warm, toasted bourbon glow.
