Tasting Notes

Colour

Deep amber with copper-gold glow and a hint of mahogany at the rim, radiating warm, inviting depth.

Nose

Sea-salted peat smoke lifts with bright orange zest and vanilla, giving way to rich sherry depth—figs, raisins and dark chocolate. A coastal breeze threads through almond, caramel and a subtle iodine kiss, ending in a refined, smoky aroma.

Palate

Refined peat smoke envelops the palate, balanced by lush sherry sweetness. Creamy vanilla and toffee mingle with dark chocolate, orange zest, and almond, while subtle spice adds complexity. A hint of sea spray threads through, finishing long and warming with toasted oak and a kiss of ash.

Finish

Long, maritime finish of ember-peat and sherry sweetness; dark chocolate, orange zest and caramel weave through a warm, mineral coastal glow that slowly lingers.
