Colour

Coastal peat and sea-salt rise with iodine and a whisper of ash. Bright citrus zest and honeyed vanilla unfold, beneath which dried fruit and almond add depth. Rich toffee and cocoa mingle with the peat, creating a refined, integrated smoke that lingers with a maritime mineral lift.

Palate

Full-bodied and warming, it reveals maritime peat, smoky iodine and sea-salt tang. Rich notes of dark honey, fig and cocoa unfold with toasted oak and a hint of orange zest. The texture is velvety and slightly oily, carrying peppery spice that weaves into a long, mineral finish where smoke lingers with salted caramel.

Finish

Long, maritime smoke persists, interlaced with caramel sweetness and toasted oak. Subtle peat lingers with mineral salt, giving way to cocoa, dried fruit, and a final kiss of spice as the warmth slowly fades.
