Maritime peat smoke greets the nose, kissed by sea-salt and citrus zest. Rich sherry influence unfurls dried fig and raisin, cocoa, and warm toffee, tempered by vanilla and oak. A subtle iodine whisper and a spice core of cinnamon and clove add elegance, finishing in delicate smoke with mineral clarity.

Palate

A velvet, full-bodied palate opens with rich sherry-dark fruit and treacle, lifted by Bowmore’s signature peat. Praline, dried fig and cocoa mingle with sea-salt and a mineral coastal bite. The middle broadens into waxy, mouth-coating warmth, with berries and orange zest weaving through balsamic notes. A long, impeccably balanced finish of smoke, spice, and polished oak.

Finish

An enduring finish of smoky maritime notes and sea salt, mingled with sherry-softened dried fruits, dark chocolate and toffee. Oak adds peppery spice as a warm, resinous ember lingers, echoing Bowmore’s coastal depth.
