Nose

Sweet and creamy aromas with inviting caramel toffee and a warm backbone of oak; a dessert-like, velvety nose that hints at vanilla and toasted wood.

Bonnington
(BON-ing-tun) Bonnington was commissioned in 2019 and began production in March 2020 on Graham Street in Leith, close to the historic John Crabbie & Co. whisky business. It was the first single malt distillery in Leith for nearly 100 years, bringing whisky production back to an area once strongly associated with bonded warehouses, blending and export. During construction, archaeological remains linked to old fortifications and Bonnington House were uncovered beneath the site, later inspiring the distillery’s citadel-style icon.
