Colour
Deep amber-gold with copper-bronze highlights and a burnished mahogany edge.
Nose
Opulent, tropical nose from an ex-rum cask: ripe banana and pineapple mingle with dried fruit, caramel and vanilla, hints of toffee and coconut, and a spice kiss of cinnamon and clove beneath velvety oak.
Palate
Silky and medium-bodied, this opens with vanilla and caramel, then tropical notes of banana and pineapple drift in, balanced by coconut and a touch of molasses. Rum cask influence brings brown sugar and baking spices—cinnamon and ginger—woven into warm oak. Finish is long and creamy, with a gentle, cacao-dusted warmth lingering pleasantly on the palate.
Finish
Long, warm, and luxurious, the finish unfolds with rum-kissed sweetness: toffee, treacle, dried fruits, and vanilla interlaced with baking spices, all wrapped in toasted oak. The tropical nuance lingers softly, inviting another sip.
