Colour
Deep burnished amber with copper-gold highlights and a hint of mahogany at the rim.
Nose
An elegant, sherry-kissed aroma opens with dark raisins and fig, mingling with honeyed vanilla and ripe orchard fruit. Toasted almond and polished oak lift the bouquet, while cocoa, cinnamon and clove weave through for a gentle spice. Leather and a hint of red berry brighten the finish, inviting slow, mindful sips.
Palate
Silky, medium-bodied on the palate, with a treacle-sweet sherry core. Dried fruits—raisin, fig, and date—are brightened by orange zest, toasted almond and vanilla from the oak. Subtle spice (cinnamon, clove) unfurls alongside cocoa notes as it warms. Balanced acidity keeps it lively, and a long, warm fruit-forward finish lingers softly in the mouth.
Finish
Long and elegant, with dried orange and raisin notes giving way to tender spice and cocoa, all wrapped in warm oak. A velvet, lingering finish that invites the next sip.
