A 22 year old whisky from Benriach's 8th release of single casks, bottled at cask strength. Finished in a virgin oak hogshead, giving it a big hit of toffee, cinnamon and bread'n'butter pudding to compliment the gentle spiced flavour that it picked up in its initial maturation. Rich sweet and fruity with marzipan and oak.

A lush core of marzipan, apple and pear unfolds over creamy oak, with virgin American oak lending a warm, resinous backbone. The cask-strength depth coats the mouth, delivering a long, spicy, gently sweet finish with toast and oak lingering.

Long, luxurious finish filled with toffee and cinnamon, lifting bread'n'butter pudding into a warm, marzipan-dusted sweetness. A gentle spiciness from the oak lingers as the fruit notes fade, leaving a polished, enduring warmth.
