Colour
Rich amber-gold with coppery highlights and a warm, sunlit glow, a honey-bronze core radiating depth and a luxurious glass-staining hue.
Nose
Aromas of opulent fruit and spice, with ripe apples and pears mingling with dark figs, raisins and apricot, lifted by orange zest. Sherry-cask richness coats the bouquet with chocolatey toffee, toasted almond and vanilla, while delicate oak and gentle spice weave through, hinting at a luxurious, long-aged finish.
Palate
Silky, fruit-forward palate of pear and orchard apple with bright citrus zest. Sherry-cask depth brings dried fig and raisin, balanced by toffee and almond. Spices—cinnamon and nutmeg—with a polished oak backbone weave through for a warm, lingering finish.
Finish
Long, elegant finish layered with orchard fruits and dried fruit, carried by sherry-spice and soft oak. Warm and silky, it lingers with a gentle sweetness that slowly fades to a refined, cocoa-kissed final note.
