It was distilled in July 1997 and bottled in November 2016 following the aforementioned rum cask finishing.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Rich deep amber-gold with copper-bronze glints and a hint of mahogany
Nose
Rum and coke with lime and mint, tropical pineapple and mango, raisin danish, and peach flan with apricot glaze.
Palate
On the palate, cinnamon-raisin bagel sweetness greets ripe banana, followed by a lively, spicy acidity that binds it all. Buttery caramel and butterscotch echo through, with fizzy cola notes and a dusting of cocoa powder, finished with a refreshing kiss of mint and lime.
Finish
Sweet, fizzy spice persists, mingling with rum and raisin chocolate and a dark, stormy rum cocktail vibe that trails into a delightfully lingering, moreish finish.
