A beautifully sherried Whisky from the Benriach distillery, bottled by Duncan Taylor. Matured in a single peated Sherry cask for ten years, only 335 bottlings were produced. The Sherry element in the maturation process brings the classic notes of red fruits and ripe plum tones, whilst the peated element brings a satisfying smokiness.

Nose
Opulent sherry-driven aroma with red fruit sweetness—ripe plum, cherry and raisin—layered with a whisper of peat smoke. Cocoa, toffee and almond notes deepen the bouquet, while hints of orange zest and spice add lift. A warm, robust nose that promises richness and complexity.
Palate
On the palate, velvety, full-bodied richness coats the mouth. Sherried sweetness supports red fruit and ripe plum, while a refined peat smoke threads through for depth. Spiced oak and cocoa add complexity, finishing long with fruit, smoke and a warm, lingering glow.
Finish
Long, warming finish of red fruits and ripe plum, unfurling into peat-smoked sweetness. Sherry richness lingers with cocoa, spice and a whisper of oak, finishing with a soft, ember-like smoky fade.
