Tasting Notes
Nose
Green fruit on the nose—pear drops, lime and green apple—softly dusted with aromatic wood and a tang of white ash peat. Chocolate-lime notes mingle with grassy vanilla and a hint of clove.
Palate
Green fruit, herbal notes, elderflower, lemongrass, spicy white pepper, capsicum like heat, fresh citrussy peat tinged with aromatic clove, vanilla and firm oak.
Finish
Salty lime curd, dry vanillin oak, green peppers, green apple, herbal-presse cordial, white pepper, vermouth and plenty of tangy peat here on a long and pleasing finish.
