Colour

Nose

Almond paste, toffee and cocoa mingle with warm spices—cinnamon, clove—plus a touch of leather and tobacco. Rich, warm, and velvety, the nose speaks of decades in seasoned cask and a luxurious, lingering sweetness.

Palate

Opulent and full-bodied, the palate layers fig and raisin with orange marmalade, underpinned by sherry sweetness. Dark chocolate, toffee and almond mingle with warm spice—cinnamon, clove, nutmeg—creating a velvet, syrupy texture. The high ABV lends a poised, slightly fiery edge that carries a long finish of dried fruit, espresso, and subtle tobacco.
