A lush sherry-draped aroma reveals dark raisins and figs, orange zest and plum mingling with cocoa, toffee and toasted almond. Rich leather, mahogany oak and spice—cinnamon and clove—emerge as the alcohol softens, delivering a warm, contemplative perfume that hints at vintage depth and long maturation.
Palate
Opulent sherry-driven palate with dark fruit compote—fig, raisin, plum—coating velvet cocoa and toffee. Layered notes of orange zest, dried cherry, and caramelized almond emerge against a spine of warm spice and polished oak. Full-bodied, silky, and warming, finishing long with dates, espresso, and subtle barrel spice.
Finish
Long, luxurious finish infused with rich sherry. Prune, fig and dark chocolate unfold against Christmas-spice warmth, with orange zest and hazelnut nuance. Velvety tannins and roasted oak linger, slowly fading to a refined, almond-tobacco dusk.
