Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep copper-amber with mahogany undertones and a warm, sunlit glow.
Nose
Rich dried fruit notes—fig, raisin and sultana—rise with warmed sherry and toasted oak. Caramel and dark chocolate weave through orange zest, nutmeg and vanilla. A subtle leather-wood backbone lends old-world gravitas, inviting slow, dignified sips.
Palate
Silky and gently sherried on the palate, with dark fig and raisin slipping into caramel and toasted almond. Nutmeg, cinnamon and a kiss of clove weave through light oak, delivering subtle spice and balance. The finish is long and warming, fruit-forward yet refined, with a delicate cocoa undertone.
Finish
Long, sherried finish with ripened fig and raisin sweetness giving way to almond, cocoa and gentle oak spice. The warmth lingers, softly drying into a refined, enduring fade.
