Bearface Elementally Aged Triple Oak Canadian Whisky
Out of stock
Elemental Ageing is Bearface's unique process where hand-selected oak casks are matured in repurposed shipping containers and exposed to the elements in the Canadian wilderness.
The extreme northern climate amplifies how the whisky and wood interact, transforming the liquid inside for a bolder, smoother flavour.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with coppery undertones and a warm honey-gold glow.
Nose
Bold toasted oak and vanilla lead the nose, with caramel and maple sweetness weaving through cedar and leather. A spicy knit of cinnamon and clove emerges, while orchard fruit adds brightness. A faint smoky barrel note and resinous undertones hint at the cold, elemental aging, finishing with a crisp, polished freshness.
Palate
Bold yet velvety on the palate, it unravels caramelized vanilla and maple with toasted oak. Mid-palate spice—cinnamon and clove—builds a warm, peppery lift, while the triple oak lends a subtle char. The finish is long and smooth, with a refined warmth that lingers.
Finish
Long, warming finish that pours vanilla and caramel into a backbone of toasted oak. Spiced maple and cedar creep in, lifting the sweetness before a soft, resinous dryness lingers, leaving a smooth, enduring warmth that echoes the rugged, elemental ageing.
