Colour
Rich amber-gold with coppery highlights and a touch of mahogany at the rim.
Nose
Delicate rose petals mingle with honeyed orchard fruit, vanilla and soft toffee. Sherry influence brings dried cherry, plum and almond, tempered by toasted oak and a gentle spice. The aroma is refined and perfumed, with a waxy warmth that hints at depth and luxury.
Palate
Silky and full-bodied, it coats the palate with a sherried depth. Dried cherry and fig mingle with orange zest, vanilla and toffee, while almond adds a subtle nuttiness. Spice hints of cinnamon and clove sweep through polished oak, leading to a warm, raisiny finish that lingers with refined sweetness and a touch of oak resin.
Finish
An enduring, velvety finish that lingers with red-fruited sweetness and spice. Ripe cherry and strawberry melt into almond, fig and gentle cinnamon, carried by a soft sherried drift. The warmth slowly fades to cocoa-dusted oak, leaving a delicate rose-tinged echo that lingers long on the palate.
