On the nose, a refined balance of oak and sherry sweetness. Dried fruits—raisins and dates—pair with orange zest, vanilla and toffee. Spice notes of nutmeg and clove mingle with cocoa and a hint of tobacco, all wrapped in velvety caramel and a whisper of smoke.
Palate
Silky, medium-bodied on the palate, it unfolds with rich dried fruit—raisin, fig and date—woven with toffee and dark chocolate. Cinnamon and clove rise softly, tempered by warm oak. Bright orange zest and a hint of almond lift the sweetness, while a wisp of smoke threads through the finish. Balanced and refined, the flavors linger with quiet elegance.
