Tasting Notes
Colour
Bright pale gold with sunlit straw highlights.
Nose
Herbal, floral nose with green pear and ripe melon, delicate almond and candyfloss sweetness, lifted by lemon rind, and a subtle agave/vermouth/fino sherry whisper that adds intrigue.
Palate
Big on marzipan and almond, edged with spicy vanillin oak, custard powder and ripe melon. Waxy lemon, lime sherbet and a hint of aniseed mingle with delicate white flowers.
Finish
A delicate, lingering finish of white roses and vanilla icing, with bright lemon sherbet and green pear. Champagne fizz lifts the palate as white chocolate bon bons fade into a creamy confection, leaving a refined, floral kiss with citrus lift.
