Palate

Silky, full-bodied palate with a decadent sherry character: dark fruit compote of raisin, fig and prune, lifted by orange zest and honeyed vanilla. Rich oak and gentle spice—cinnamon and clove—cloak the mouth, while a creamy, slightly waxy texture coats the tongue. Long, warming finish of cocoa, leather, and toasted nuts.

Finish

Sherry-influenced finish lingers with dark fruit—prune, fig and raisin—intertwined with warm spice. Velvet and full-bodied, it gradually fades to cocoa, toasted almond and a kiss of oak, leaving a long, comforting warmth on the palate.
