From the Limited Edition Darkness range featuring intensely sherried expressions of some of the finest distilleries from all around. This Aultmore has been aged for 23 years, finished in Oloroso sherry casks and bottled in 2021 at cask strength at 51.1% ABV.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Dark mahogany with warm amber and copper highlights, a glossy, burnished depth.
Nose
Red peppers mingle with stewed fruits, carried by vanilla sweetness and a trail of warm oak spice.
Palate
Candied exotic fruits, pineapple and mango, on the palate mingle with milk chocolate and a subtle chili spice. Tropical sweetness coats the tongue, while a touch of oak lends warmth and depth.
Finish
Long, moreish finish with a gentle, warming spice that lingers. Notes of dried fruits and a whisper of cocoa emerge from the oak, fading to a soft, lingering warmth.
