Colour
Bright pale gold, a glimmering straw hue with a subtle honey glow.
Nose
Lemon sponge cake and freshly baked biscuits lead, with bright grassy and floral undertones, touched by green herbs and a whisper of custard powder.
Palate
Peppery citrus leads the palate, a waxy orange core gliding through an oily, salad-dressing mouthfeel. Biscuit sweetness and battenberg notes weave through, adding a light confection that lingers with lemon zest and a touch of spice.
Finish
Yellow jam tarts and lemon cheesecake linger, with fizzy pick‑and‑mix spice, a touch of white pepper, and a subtle vanillin oak.
