Palate
Concentrated and velvety on the palate, this Aultmore from a 1989 sherry cask yields a lush tapestry of dark fruits—fig, raisin, blackberry—woven with orange zest and toasted almond. Rich yet refined, with molasses sweetness and baking-spice lift, a satin oak backbone, and a warming, lingering finish of cocoa and spice.
Finish
