Tasting Notes
Colour
Bright golden amber with a sunlit, honeyed glow.
Nose
Creamy yet tangy; lemon curd with vanilla ice cream and fizzy sherbet, followed by refreshing spearmint aromas with complementing malt undertones.
Palate
Well-rounded; white pepper opens to thick vanilla custard with candied lemon and limes, giving way to pink grapefruit and leafy hedgerow.
Finish
Charred oak lingers, with a bright lemon lift cutting through the warmth.
