A fine Sherry cask matured single malt from Arran's Cask Finishes range of whiskies. Initially matured in ex-Bourbon barrels before being transferred to ex-Oloroso Sherry casks. A sweet and decadent nose gives way to a smooth and easy to drink whisky. The Sherry casks impart flavours and aromas of dark fruit, spice, and a savoury nuttiness.

Opulent sherry-driven aroma with dark plum and raisin, layered over ripe fig and date. Warm spices—clove, cinnamon, a whisper of nutmeg—mingle with a savoury nuttiness, hints of almond and walnut. Subtle cocoa and leather thread through a rich, indulgent sweetness, inviting the palate to linger on the finish.

Silky, full-bodied and indulgent, this Arran glides across the palate with dark fig, raisin and plum, lifted by warm spice—clove and cinnamon—and a savoury almond nuttiness. A gentle sweetness underpins the richness, while oak and vanilla seal a polished, long finish.

Long, velvety finish with dark fruit and spice, carrying a savory nuttiness. The Oloroso influence reveals a refined sweetness, with hints of almond and fig, fading into warm oak and a final whisper of cocoa.
