The 2nd release of this limited release (only 4890 bottles released) from The Arran distillery made from a rare strain of Bere Barley grown on the Orkney islands. Released at cask strength 56.2% abv and aged in Ex-Bourbon casks and bottled at 10 years old.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Golden amber with a warm honey glow and subtle copper undertones, a radiant, sunlit hue.
Nose
A bright, playful nose of apple bon bons and fizzy lemon pop pairs with fresh barley, herbal honey, and pineapple upside down cake, rounded by vanilla and lime cordial.
Palate
Lemon sherbet, lime sorbet, creamy freshly cut barley, green apple, tangy and peppery spice, chocolate lime sweets, French toast with tropical fruit curd.
Finish
Hot and spicy with peppery-sweet chocolate limes, toasted vanilla, pineapple bon bons and lemon curd; a bold Arran finish that lingers with warmth and a creamy, evolving sweetness.
