Crackling peat erupts across the palate, with peat effervescing into tangy lemon and lime juice; black pepper pops with sizzling cinnamon-spiced toffee, delivering a vibrant, smoky sweetness that lingers.
Finish
A long, smoky finish that lingers, tarry espresso and aniseed weaving with toasted almonds, while soft barley and hints of fresh pear trail behind.
