The Aberfeldy Distillery was established in 1898 on the road to Perth and southside of The River Tay. Fresh spring water is taken from the nearby Pitille Burn and used to produce this unique Single Malt with its distinctive peaty nose.

Distinctive peaty aroma, weaving light smoke with honeyed malt, vanilla and orchard fruit. Sherry-cask warmth brings dried fruit and a cocoa kiss, with a gentle herbal lift that hints at Aberfeldy’s Highland character.
Palate
Silky and generous on the palate, honeyed orchard fruit and creamy toffee mingle with sherry-deep sweetness. Subtle peat smoke threads through vanilla, spice and toasted oak, adding quiet depth without heaviness. A refined, warming finish lingers with almond, cacao and a delicate malt echo.
Finish
Long, refined finish with sherry-softened sweetness—dried fruits, toffee and vanilla melding with toasted oak. A whisper of peat lingers as spice and cocoa notes gradually recede, leaving an elegant, persistent warmth that lingers with quiet sophistication.
