Hot buttered toast opens to honeyed cereal and fresh barley, with caramelised apple, a touch of menthol, singed straw and sugared almond; a warm, inviting nose that hints at malt and sweetness.
Palate
Malty mocha with sugared almonds; peppery cereal, salted cashews, and fresh barley, unfolding into herbal-oaty notes.
Finish
Toasted nuts and honey on buttered toast, with charred orange peel, followed by malty mocha and a rich praline cream lingering on the palate.
