Colour
Deep golden amber with coppery undertones.
Nose
Aromas of honeyed orchard fruit—green apple, pear, and peach—unfold with vanilla and warm toffee. Subtle sherry influence delivers dried raisins and fig, while almond paste and gentle spice (cinnamon, nutmeg) add depth. Creamy malt and toasted oak lend a waxy richness, lifted by a hint of citrus zest that brightens the bouquet.
Palate
Silky and full on the palate, a creamy wave of honeyed sweetness that coats the tongue. Sherry-cask depth feeds dark orchard fruits, raisin and fig, plus toasted almond and orange zest, braided with vanilla and cocoa. Subtle oak and spice emerge mid-palate, finishing long, velvety, and warmly lingering.
Finish
An opulent, long finish with honeyed malt and orchard fruit melting into sherried depth, revealing dried fig, orange zest, and a kiss of spice. Cocoa fades in softly, while toasted oak and almond linger, leaving a warm, refined sweetness that coats the palate.
