Colour

Bright golden amber with a coppery, mahogany edge and warm, sunlit depth.

Nose

Opulent sherry-led aroma drapes dark plum and raisin over toasted malt, with hints of cocoa and burnt sugar. Velvet honeyed notes, almond and orange zest weave through the oak, while gentle spice and a whisper of leather hint at the whisky’s mature, elegant character.

Palate

Luxuriously sherried on the palate, with dark plum and raisin mingling with fig and orange zest. Velvety texture carries toasted almond, cocoa and vanilla, edged by warm spice, cinnamon and clove, and a touch of oak, all wrapped in a supple, balanced heat.

Finish

A long, elegant finish that unfolds with dried fruit, fig and orange peel, wrapped in toasted oak. Sherry sweetness lingers, mingling with cocoa, nutty notes and spice, gradually fading to a refined, warming glow.
