Colour

Nose

Opulent, dessert-wine aroma with sun-dried apricot, fig and raisin, layered with toasted almond, vanilla–caramel and hints of orange zest. A whisper of saffron spice and warm oak threads through the sweetness, hinting at the Vin Santo influence.

Palate

Silky, honeyed and fruit-forward, with apricot, raisin and dried fig, lifted by orange zest. Almond marzipan and toffee glisten through, while wisps of cinnamon and nutmeg echo in the background. Creamy mouthfeel, rounded and long, leaving a lingering dessert-wine sweetness that never overwhelms the whisky character.

Finish

Refined, lingering finish of dried apricot, fig and orange zest, wrapped in Vin Santo honey. Almond, vanilla and toasted oak emerge with a subtle spice, finishing warm and gently dry, inviting the next sip.
