Matured in Marsala cask, it takes the distillery’s organic single malt in a richer, more wine-led direction, with the cask bringing extra depth and sweetness while still allowing the whisky’s fruit and malt character to stay clear. Dà Mhìle is an organic distillery based in Ceredigion, and its whisky releases are made with the same focus on flavour and provenance that runs through the wider range.

Marsala casks tend to suit this style particularly well, adding layers of dried fruit, soft spice and a gentle nutty richness.
