Crystal-clear, colorless and pristine, like pale moonlight.

Nose

Bright rhubarb and ginger crumble aromas rise from the glass, tart and enticing. A warming backdrop of spice unfurls alongside crisp piney juniper, lending a resinous depth. Subtle citrus zest and a hint of earthiness weave through, creating a refined, inviting aroma that promises balance and warmth on the palate.

Palate

Vivid tart rhubarb leads the palate, tempered by piney juniper. A warming wave of ginger follows, delivering a subtle, spicy bite. The finish is balanced, dry, and elegantly prolonged.

Finish

Long, warming finish of ginger spice and tart rhubarb, lifted by piney juniper. A subtle sweetness fades into a crisp, resinous aftertaste, with a gentle heat that lingers and invites the next sip.

Aber Falls
Aber Falls was commissioned in late 2017 and began production in early 2018 in Abergwyngregyn, North Wales, close to Rhaeadr Fawr, the Aber Falls waterfall. It was the first whisky distillery in North Wales for more than 100 years and forms part of Halewood Artisanal Spirits, with production centred on Welsh ingredients and local distillation.
