Gorgeous redcurrant and ripe winter fruits mingle with delicate hints of stone-fruit and almond.

Palate

Cassis leads the palate, with lush blackcurrant depth and soft cherry notes, wrapped in a rounded, fruit-forward sweetness and a silky, velvety mouthfeel.

Finish

Velvety finish coats the palate in luxurious softness, guided by perfectly balanced sweetness. Subtle berry echoes—cassis and redcurrant—linger with refined, lingering warmth.

Sipsmith
Sipsmith was founded in London in 2009 by Sam Galsworthy and Fairfax Hall, working alongside master distiller Jared Brown. Its launch marked the opening of London’s first new copper-pot gin distillery in nearly 200 years and helped lead the revival of small-batch gin production in the capital. Originally based in Hammersmith, Sipsmith moved to a larger distillery in Chiswick in 2014 as demand for its traditionally made London gin grew.
