Sipsmith
Sipsmith was founded in London in 2009 by Sam Galsworthy and Fairfax Hall, working alongside master distiller Jared Brown. Its launch marked the opening of London’s first new copper-pot gin distillery in nearly 200 years and helped lead the revival of small-batch gin production in the capital. Originally based in Hammersmith, Sipsmith moved to a larger distillery in Chiswick in 2014 as demand for its traditionally made London gin grew.
