Floral, summer meadow aromas lead into mellow, rounded juniper with zesty citrus freshness.

Palate

Dry juniper takes the lead, unfolding lemon tart and orange marmalade, as bright citrus notes and spice weave together in harmony. The finish remains clean and dry, with lingering juniper and a final whisper of lemon tart.

Sipsmith
Sipsmith was founded in London in 2009 by Sam Galsworthy and Fairfax Hall, working alongside master distiller Jared Brown. Its launch marked the opening of London’s first new copper-pot gin distillery in nearly 200 years and helped lead the revival of small-batch gin production in the capital. Originally based in Hammersmith, Sipsmith moved to a larger distillery in Chiswick in 2014 as demand for its traditionally made London gin grew.
