Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with copper-gold highlights, a luminous honey bronze that glows in the glass and hints at the whisky’s mature, refined depth.
Nose
Elegant bouquet of sun-warmed orchard fruits—peach, pear, apricot—drifting with honey, vanilla, and a citrus lift. Subtle almond, white chocolate, and soft oak mingle with a trace of spice; a faint resinous note hints at age and refinement. Ethereal, balanced, inviting—pure, contemplative luxury.
Palate
Silky and incredibly layered, the palate unfurls with honeyed orchard fruit, figs and apricot, braided with velvet caramel and dark chocolate. Rich toffee, dried fruit and a whisper of spice drift over a dignified oak backbone, while polished warmth lingers into a long, refined finish.
Finish
Long, opulent finish that lingers with refined elegance. Dark fruit, orange zest and gentle sherry sweetness unfold into toasted oak, cacao and spice, then melt into a velvet warmth. A refined leather-touched undercurrent and a whisper of tobacco carry through the final, lingering fade, leaving a graceful, almost timeless finish that invites another sip.
