"The nose has an agreeable fruity elegance-dark and golden raisins, banana-also sugared almond, cornflakes and light putty. The palate has a nice chewy feel. Iced lollipop stick along with rich, spicy ginger cake, with that spice lingering pleasantly in the finish."

Deep amber with coppery-gold highlights.

Nose

An agreeable fruity elegance unfolds with dark and golden raisins, banana and sugared almond, lifted by wisps of cornflakes and a touch of light putty.

Palate

A chewy, confection-like palate with an icy lollipop note and rich, spicy ginger cake. The spice lingers pleasantly into the finish.

Finish

A long, warming finish of ginger cake spice, with the ginger lingering pleasantly and a hint of dried fruit and almond sweetness fading softly on the palate.
