Tasting Notes

Colour

Rich, sunlit amber with coppery glints and a mahogany undertone.

Nose

Rich and inviting, with dried fruit notes of raisin and fig, intertwined with orange zest and toffee. Sherry-cask influence brings nutty depth and a touch of cocoa, while vanilla and gentle spice linger over polished oak.

Palate

Silky and balanced on the palate, with dried orchard fruits and honeyed sweetness layered over soft vanilla and cocoa. Subtle toasted oak, gentle sherry-cask warmth, and a whisper of spice—nutmeg and cinnamon—leading to a warm, lingering finish.

Finish

Silky, lingering finish with toasted oak, plush dried fruit and a hint of almond. A sherry‑tinged sweetness extends the warmth, wrapping the palate in a velvety coat that fades to a refined, comforting note.
