The Corriemhor was Richard Paterson's first recipe for his Cigar Malt. It has been matured in a mix of American ex Bourbon barrels and Spanish ex Sherry Casks. It is incredibly rich and fruity and will go perfeclty with a cuban cigar.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with copper-gold highlights and a sherry-bronze glow.
Nose
Opulent and fruity on the nose, with dark plum and raisin, fig and orange zest woven through vanilla, toffee and cocoa. Subtle nutmeg spice and toasted almond add depth, while a whisper of tobacco and cigar-box cedar hints at Cuban cigars. Sherry-rich sweetness from the casks lingers with warm, syrupy fruit and a plush, resinous finish.
Palate
Silky and full-bodied, with an oily mouthfeel that coats the tongue. Rich caramel and toffee mingle with sun-dried fruit, dark chocolate and orange zest. Bourbon vanilla sweetness balances a sherry-rich depth, revealing tobacco, leather and spice. The finish is long and decadent, with oak, cocoa and a final kiss of dried fruit.
Finish
Long, opulent finish where sherry sweetness mingles with bourbon depth. Raisin and fig unfold into cocoa and leather, carried by polished oak and a cinnamon-spice glow. The warmth lingers, a velvet fade that invites another thoughtful sip, perfectly suited to a Cuban cigar.
