Peat smoke and coastal brine swirl with iodine and sea spray, a salted mineral backbone sharpening the air. Vanilla-tinged oak and a subtle waxy sweetness unfold as dried fig and orange zest hint at sherry influence. Bold, coastal, and quietly luxurious on the nose.

Palate

Silky yet expressive, this Islay single cask coats the palate with coastal peat, iodine and sea-salt. Dark Sherry whispers through dried fruit—raisin, fig and cherry—while espresso and cocoa notes deepen the mid-palate. A measured oak sweetness lends balance, with a kiss of citrus zest. Long, warming finish of smoke, caramel and maritime brine.

Finish

Long, ember-soft finish of peat and sea salt, lifted by velvety sherry sweetness. Raisin, fig and cocoa drift in as the warmth lingers, leaving a refined, peppery fade.
